Which platforms does sprkly publish to?
  • Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Facebook, Bluesky, X, and LinkedIn.
  • X is on every paid plan.
  • Posts go live on the platform at the time you set.
  • No push reminders. No manual steps.
Can sprkly send a DM when someone comments?
  • Yes. Pick a post and a word. When someone comments that word on your Instagram post or Reel, sprkly sends them a DM with your link.
  • It is on every plan: 10 contacts a month per account on Free. Paid plans share theirs: 500 on Creator, 1,000 on Brand, 2,500 on Pro, 10,000 on Agency.

  • Yes. sprkly uses Meta's official API, the same private reply feature every comment to DM tool uses.
  • Meta approved sprkly for messages and comments in October 2026.
  • Meta's rules still apply: one DM per comment, sent within 7 days.

How does the done-for-you service work?
  • You send us finished photos, videos and captions.
  • We schedule them, publish them and check that each one goes live.
  • Up to 30 social accounts: US$50 your first week, then US$100 a week.
  • No long-term commitment.
  • You connect your own accounts to sprkly. We run the posting.
  • Book a 15-minute call to start.
How far ahead do you schedule my posts?
  • Every week you pay for, we keep 14 days of posts in your queue.
  • That is the week you paid for, plus the next week.
  • Example: you pay on a Monday. We can queue posts through the Sunday of the next week.
  • If you stop paying, the posts already queued for the next 7 days still go out.

What counts as an account?
  • One handle on one platform. That is one account.
  • @yourbrand on Instagram is one account. @yourbrand on TikTok is a second account.
  • Each plan holds a set number of accounts. Pick the one that holds all of yours.
  • Instagram DM automation is on every plan: 10 contacts a month per account on Free. Paid plans share theirs: 500 on Creator, 1,000 on Brand, 2,500 on Pro, 10,000 on Agency.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
  • No. You get a 7-day free trial when you sign up.
  • 7-day free trial of Creator: 5 accounts, 3 posts a day, 30 a month.
  • When the trial ends you move to Free: 3 accounts, 10 queued posts per account, 30 days of analytics.
  • Free keeps the REST API. MCP for Claude and ChatGPT is on every paid plan.
  • Paid plans keep up to 2 years of analytics history, with CSV export.
  • Your posts stay. If you have more than 3 accounts, you pick which 3 to keep before your next post. You can connect the others again later. Media is deleted 48 hours after it posts. Pick a plan whenever you want more.
  • You can cancel at any time.
Can my AI agent post for me?
  • Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or VS Code with one link. Then ask it to schedule posts, check your numbers or set up a comment to DM.

Which AI agents work with sprkly
What happens if a post fails to publish?
  • If a platform hiccups, sprkly tries again on its own. It tries again up to 3 times, with a longer wait each time.
  • If the error cannot fix itself (wrong file format, a disconnected account), it stops right away.
  • Either way the post shows Failed on your Schedule page with the reason, and you get an email.
  • Nothing is retried forever and nothing disappears.
